Return Policy
- We take a lot of care to check each and every piece before packing and shipping them to you, so that you don't have to worry about anything and therefore we do not offer returns/exchange. But we understand that there may be chances where product can be damaged during the transit.
- Any issues related to defect/damages must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the items, else they shall not be entertained. Unedited opening video of the product should be shared via email at theaarastore@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +971542201981. Our support team will help you to solve your concern and the products can be replaced/exchanged depending on the product availability and customer requirement.
- Any items that were damaged during transit should be unused, in original packing and must also bear the original tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted
- We will pick up the damaged products, once we receive the products, we will dispatch the new one and if the same is out of stock or not available with us, you can select any other product of same amount from our website.
- And last option if you don’t like any other products, we will generate the credit note for same amount which you can use in your future purchase.
