We at AARA serve our customers with appropriate after sales services. Once the order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and order tracking details for the same will be shared with the customers. Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Terms & Conditions

We have both advance and cash on delivery payment options available. However if you pay online we request you to share the screenshot once the payment is done.

All are products goes for quality check before it is dispatched but in rare case if it gets damaged then we will replace the product and will create pick up of that particular product from our end and will replace after receiving the product.

As per our return policy, we will take the product back if found damaged from our end however unboxing video must be shared with us to claim any damage.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

For orders placed on Instagram, you will receive message on Instagram.
